Perfect Your Space With Functional Daybeds
Daybeds are obviously a great choice for guest rooms and youth bedrooms, but they can be used in any room that you would like to have comfy seating and additional sleep options. They also can be easily tucked away when you're not using their full functionality and still provide you with seating room or purpose. You can dress them to suit any space, and layering on pillows makes them great for lounging and relaxing. Below, we've put together two great designs to help inspire you with your space at home!

Sleek style meets function with the Zanna Upholstered Daybed by Cambridge Home. This upholstered daybed has a sophisticated modern look with its stepped headboard, channel back, and chrome nail head trim, all complemented by the pale grey velvet upholstery. A practical trundle pulls out to provide an extra sleeping space and rolls under the bed when not in use. For the design, we showcased a bright, fresh and airy space with botanical inspiration throughout. As you can see we created the look of a sofa when it's tucked away with the use of pillows, but you still have the luxury and ability of a twin bed once you pull it out! Coordinating with an end table and desk provides functionality to any room.

Practical Touches & Clean Color Palettes

Start with a classic white bed that is simple and clean that allows the yellow and grey palette to liven up the space. Add in neutral tones with a pop of color throughout your space to keep it inviting and clean. Adding chairs with a bookspace defines the space even further by adding in more functionality to your room. Plus, it adds that nice cozy touch where you can curl up with a good book when you're not working at your desk. The L shaped desk provides a perfect place to work and adding in storage cubes helps stow away items when they're not in use, keeping your space clean and clutter free.

Style For Less

All the items in this look help keep money in your wallet. You can style this exact room for yourself for under $2,700, that includes the mattress!
