If you are in the market for furniture, for any room of the house, you need to go to American Furniture Warehouse. There is a nice collection of rugs and they also have a clearance section with amazing markdowns. I like to stop once in awhile just to look around.

We love the look of the piece. Unfortunately one of the doors was installed in such a way that the door doesn’t fully close or engage the magnet closure.

Everyone working here was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was very good selection and availability of products and it was fast and easy to schedule delivery. The pricing of items was much better than competitors. The delivery team was on time and unpacked items outside prior to bringing them into the house to reduce mess. We would definitely come back here for more furniture needs.

I finally decided to replace the couch that I bought here years ago. I was surprised when I found out that they do not take the furniture your replacing. I had to pay someone $80 to come get the old couch 🛋 😩

LOVED the fact that sales people didn’t bombard us while we were picking out our furniture yet were nearby and available if we had questions. Prices were reasonable - no sticker shock ;-) Received a call and text one hour before delivery (with my busy life I need reminders so this was perfect!). All around quick and hassle-free purchase! AFW has the quality I have been looking for, the professional sales and delivery staff, and is extremely affordable. I would recommend delivery as it is both affordable and AFW does all of the heavy lifting and takes the boxes and packaging materials. No mess and no fuss.

The sales person was patient with my daughter. It was her bedroom set that was purchased. She showed us everything that met the specifics mmt daughter wanted. Then the delivery guys were amazing. They were so nice and efficient. They made sure nothing was wrong with the furniture after they put it together. Overall a great experience!!

The customer service at the warehouse is excellent! I was asked if I needed assistance a few times but never felt pressured. When I had questions, they were answered promptly. The delivery guys were professional, polite, and efficient! I love my new sofa!

Delivery was on time, and associates were polite and respectful of our home. The furniture looks great in our home.
One piece had a flaw in finish that required replacement. The replacement has two flaws, more notable than the first one.
AWF sent a tech to repair the two flaws. Service was great. The technician (Edward) was very polite and respectful of our home. Great job. We are now thrilled with the fireplace.
