Furniture purchased online and delivered to Camarillo, CA- arrived in less than a week, and delivery was top notch! Courteous and professional, and skilled at moving furniture cleanly. Furniture is in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

Very professional and extremely helpful if or when things don’t turn out so good. They always have solutions to any problem you may have and it is with ease talking to customer service and even the staff when you go into their store/warehouse. Highly recommend this place. I absolutely love my new loveseat & chair. This is my 2nd purchase from AFW. The first was a bedroomfor my daughter"s new place. She loves her bed so much. I will definitely purchase any new items that I need from here. I love that the delivery to California isn't expensive. As a matter of fact, it is cheaper than Jerome's which is only about a mile from my home. They have a huge selection which is amazing!

We have been AFW customer for years. Great product choices, great prices, no bargain hassles.
Superb customer service for the minor issues we have faced. Their delivery and installation services have been excellent. They chase you to resolve an issue to customer's best interest and with empathy.

This place is amazing! Ordered a large chaise online and in less than 48 hours, it was delivered to my house! Communication on the delivery date was great and so were the delivery personnel! They have the best price in town!

American Furniture Warehouse has a huge selection of furnishings, unbeatable prices, and top notch customer service. They also updated their product line a couple years ago so you can find more modern furnishings now along with the more traditional styles. Great value and so glad I have AFW nearby!

Not sure how they have the best prices, but I've consistently paid hundreds less here for the exact same products advertised by the manufacturer's retail stores. Customer service is simply a relief. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful. They go out of their way to answer questions, help find alternatives, or accommodate delivery changes. I will likely continue to compare other store's prices, but that almost seems a waste of time.
