We were very pleased with the service we received at the store. Francisco was patience as we looked for what we wanted. After our purchase we decided to make a change. Went to the store the next day spoke Franisco and he helped us with the exchange with the help of Joyce.. everything went very smoothly. Hope to do our next purchase with AFW and Francisco.

Love the stitching on the sofa & loveseat. Color is great & material is very soft. The Zero gravity is an added plus!!

Furniture was chipped at the bottom of dresser. The other dresser has drawers that are offset, and won’t allow drawers to close.

Nice Sales staff and Delivery was on point. Furniture seems to be good quality but need a few months to finalize that comment

The overall experience was OK. I called an agent help me went into the store. Did everything I needed to do. Was able to get a delivery within two days of of my purchase. But the delivery date came a piece of my furniture was missing and was not able to be delivered due to time I am available. So I have to wait a whole entire week in order for me to be off in order to receive my furniture because they cannot have a set time for delivery, I will purchase them again

We were able to find everything we wanted at a good price.

I went to the show room which is gigantic and I must’ve looked at 100 dining room tables and God bless the Salesman that was following us around silently, he was keeping track of all of the things that we said we like so when the time came to make a decision he had them ready for us to look at! It was so easy buying something from there! And then Delivery was scheduled for two days later and they showed up at 7:30 in the morning with my stuff! I was so excited! I definitely give them five stars! And I’ll be going back to that store soon. I need a credenza. Lol.

JT is an award worthy salesman. He made the experience so fun and pleasant- would recommend to ask for JT!

Affordable and adorable! We came to Katy location to find some furniture for our new house, and I'm glad we did. JT was super helpful and patient, he showed us around, helped us with the order, and suggested us with all the correct sizes. He is very knowledgeable! Great customer service from Mack and Antonio who helped me with a "customer assembly required" item. I thought some pieces were defective but they went above and beyond to show me the proper assembly and even re-assembled it for me.

Fast delivery my window was 845 to 11 and they came right around nine which was nice. They asked me where I wanted everything to be placed and put everything in place perfectly. I got all my items delivered a week later except for one, but that was On back order so that doesn't bother me. Love my furniture great prices great Delivery!

I went into the store earlier yesterday. To look for a kitchen table set, and a new sofa. I ended up deciding later on this evening that I wanted the five piece dinette set. I went back to the store and had an associate help me find out if the box that I was picking up who's going to fit in the back of my vehicle, ask to me and my husband being unsure we didn't want to have to pay in full for something that wasn't going to be able to fit in the back of our vehicle. Because that means that I would have had to pay an extra $89 to have it delivered fully assembled in which I was trying to avoid. The man basically said he was going to try and get the dimensions of the box and left us in the back of the store where the dinner tables were after the fact that we needed to know the dimensions of the box which it would have taken a just a little bit of time for them to satisfy the customer in which me and my husband waited for at least 20 minutes I had to go searching for the associate in which I saw him helping out two other customers running credit checks instead of my time-sensitive purchase. So I went towards another associate to get further help...finally we were directed to a man named JT.. this man was awesome he took measurements he understood everything that me and my husband were asking for and the situation we were in the man said that it would be a few inches bigger on each side and answered every question that we need instead of avoiding us like the plague. I will be back only to deal with Mr JT. When we are ready to purchase the sofa we have our sofa... thanks cas we were in and out and he was awesome.

The delivery team was in and out in 5 minutes. The furniture looks great!
