Mark Allen Reese Biography
Mark Allen Reese •

I have been taking professional photographs since I was 18 year old, which is when I purchased my first 35 mm SLR camera. And I have been taking photographs ever since. I am a big fan of Dorthea Lange and documentary photography so that is the path I took in 1978. In 2010 I made two changes to my photography; I purchased my first professional digital camera and I expanded my photography into Landscape photography. Ansel Adams work inspired me to take this path. Today I still shoot with film utilizing 35 mm, medium and large format film cameras. Film will always be my first choice because it is simply better than digital medium. I am also a poet as well as free lance photographer.
