The delivery crew was excellent. In and out in about 30 minutes. Assembled our sectional and didn't even wake my toddler through the whole process. Would recommend to all my family again.

This is my first time working with Ms. Phuong (Fong) Nguyen (Wen) at American Furniture Warehouse, and I can't say enough good things about her. She's incredibly easygoing, helpful and totally non-pushy exactly what you want at furniture store.
She understood that I needed time to think about the piece and provided super helpful information + walked me through the delivery process and said she'd be there for follow-up if needed when I was ready.
I was looking at two hutches for my dining room - one with a closed bottom and one with glass and she helped me talk the pros and cons, especially with kids in mind and how we'd use the storage (hiding board games, etc.). She really listened and helped me make a decision that felt right, not rushed.
I seriously LOVE the atmosphere of this store and, honestly, don't think I'll go anywhere else after this! Great prices, quality but EXCEPTIONAL sales reps. Thank you Phuong!

Horrible! Liars! Order last 6 is 221453. Purchased new home office furniture on 3/19/2025 with delivery on 3/25/2025. Removed our existing furniture and donated to Habitat. Not hearing from delivery, I called the store at 6:00 pm the evening before to check on the delivery and was told that the furniture was back-ordered and will arrive at the end of June. No one called to explain and we would have otherwise waited in an empty room. Will never go back and have nothing good to say. Liars. I only gave one star because this will not publish without 1 star.

Nice store and good customer service until setting up delivery. They could not tell me a time the item would be delivered but they wanted a day for scheduling. I provided a day. When they provided a delivery time I needed to adjust the time slightly to ensure I’d be home. They said it would 45 dollars to change the time and they were unwilling to work with me.

Good prices for what they carry. It’s not top of the line furniture but you may find a piece or two that is pretty close to what you are looking for half the price. The service is fantastic. Our sales rep Phuong Nguyen was knowledgable, professional, and super friendly. If you are at the Marana AZ store, you will want to look for her. Thanks!

Thanks to Dave Towner for patiently hosting us and answering all our questions, we were able to purchase our bedroom set. We were also happy and comfortable with his guidance for every step of the way. Phuong was just incredible…whenever we asked for something, she knew exactly where it was. She made some great recommendations, and is very customer focused. It’s nice to see that there are a few sales professionals that engage customers instead of sitting at a desk and texting!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Andrew and Damien from American Furniture Warehouse handle our delivery, and we couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, these two gentlemen were the epitome of professionalism and excellence.
They arrived five minutes early, giving us plenty of notice, and from the moment they stepped out of the truck, their customer service was top-tier. Not only were they incredibly courteous, friendly, and efficient, but they also took exceptional care of our items, ensuring everything was delivered flawlessly and with precision. They went above and beyond to make the process seamless, and their attention to detail was second to none.

I received my furniture today. I was told they would be here from 10:30 -1. They called about 8 a.m. told me they were on the way wich made me very happy. I love how respectful all three of them were. I was able to look and check out my furniture without questions. It took all of 10 minutes for them to bring in and set up my 5 piece set. I will definitely be ordering from AFW again 5stars across the board

Went in with my friend for the first time and I liked the place, lots to see and reasonable prices. I had picked out all of my furniture prior to speaking to a sales person, and so when I was ready to purchase I then looked for a free salesman and found one (he was 6'8 lol). It was then a pretty easy sale.

I’ll tell you. I really wanted to like this place. The inside is beautiful, it’s fun to go check out what they have, and the prices look to good to be true! Turns out, that last one is correct! We finally gave this place a shot. We found a piece of furniture that we liked, and the salesman was pushy, and in a hurry, but I didn’t really care, the price was good and the couch was perfect. He told us it wasn’t in stock but we would for sure have it in two days. I waited two days, called to see if it was in, as I was instructed to, and found out the couch is out of stock until April. The thing is, the sales guy saw that, and didn’t tell us upfront, just wanting the sale. I don’t mind honesty, I do mind lying right to my face. The refunded me, but didn’t offer anything for compensation for a bad salesman, or wasting my time. I’d give them zero stars, but that’s not an option. Go to Costco. Ya, it’s probably more expensive, but at least it’s there, in stock.

Had a 5 star experience at the Marana Center American Furniture Warehouse! With the fantastic assistance of Phuong Nguyen I found exactly the recliner I was looking for. It’s electric and even has an electric headrest — a bonus! I’m so happy with my new chair and I thank Phuong so much for her amazing assistance.

A large variety of furniture and affordable prices!
We purchased an outdoor double egg swing. It didn't fit in my van, but they offered to have it delivered. We ended up missing a leg for the swing and the manager was very accommodating and gave us a discount on our next purchase, after the issue was resolved.
Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Great experience at AFW. After so many years with only Sam Levitz as our only option in NW Tucson here were the differences:
As soon as you walked into Sam’s there was somebody following you. At AFW, there was never any pressure. In fact I had to seek out a sales person to make my purchase. At Sam’s it took over an hour to pay with handwritten receipts. At AFW the quality and selection with very fair prices was far superior. Delivery? As smooth as silk. James and Matt were on time, friendly, and assembled my furniture exactly the way I wanted it within 15 minutes and were on their way. Even though the furniture had to come from Phoenix it was assembled in my living room 48 hours from the time I ordered it. How blessed we are to have AFW in NW Tucson! The new furniture has upgraded our comfort level in our home and we are very happy.

We had a TV console delivered last week. It had two areas that were damaged so they took it back and ordered us a new one. Today they delivered the exact same damaged TV console that they previously delivered. (I have pictures to prove they are the same piece of furniture.)
I called customer support to inquire about this, share my frustration, and ask how to avoid this when they bring me the third TV console. She said she can't confirm that it's the same damaged piece on her end (despite me telling her that I have photos to prove it). Nor, can she promise the the third console won't be damaged. She didn't express concern for what's going on in the warehouse/delivery processes, didn't offer a solution, or even offer an apology for our inconvenience. Very frustrated with their customer service and because of it, we will never do business with them in the future.

My wife and I purchased 4 pieces of furniture and 1 was on back order, to be available late December. And nothing from them to date.
Now after the sale, they got their money nothing but excuses. Very Disappointing.
Would not recommend them to anyone.

This furniture store has really good deals on quality furniture. David our salesman was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most important… he didn’t place any pressure for unwanted items. David was patient and really went out of his way to accommodate our needs and budget.
I will be definitely be coming back in the future when we decide to purchase more furniture.

They were supposed to get my furniture on December 23rd. I had lay off from work so that I would be home. Get a call from them and told me the sale rep screwed up and asked me to take another day off. Canceled my order. Won't buy from them again.

We bought a table with two benches two chairs. 5 months into ownership and the color is peeling.
We also bought a leather couch set. It was advertised as top grain. The stitching in unraveling. When contacted back the warranty, was told they can ship me a cover. We paid over $4000 for the set. Why would I want a cover?
I would not recommend their products and their service calls dramatically off once you leave the warehouse.

If you live out of town, don't bother ordering here. They missed their delivery date, and then came shorthanded the next week. No contact from the store, you'll have to contact them, and their customer service is atrocious.

Went in on the 18th to exchange a bed frame. They damaged it out on the 18th and said no new delivery fee or restocking fee. All of a sudden i get a restocking fee charge. Why is there a restocking fee on a DAMAGED item??? Spoke to an associate on the 20th as well as being told “leah” was handling it. I call customer service to then be told a note left on the 20th stated i approved the charge?! Of course there was not any notes from when i went in on the 18th, only from when i complained. Shady people in the store. CHECK ALL YOUR RECEIPTS. They love to add extra charges/items. terrible company. Do not recommend.

Excellent quality, prices, and ALSO deliver to our cabin 4 hours away for a small $125 fee. Thats a real bargin!! We got a leather sofa, couch, and recliner this time. Beautiful! They only go to outlying areas once a week, but most stores don't deliver to the boonies at all or kill you in delivery fees. American Wearhouse is our go to for anything we need first either in town or not. Wish you had california king mattresses. You have all the others.

I purchased a recliner and they gave us a recliner that had a ticket for shop repair and no power cord. I called and asked if they can come pick it up since it wasn't my fault they gave us wrong item and they said absolutely not, that I was supposed to check the item when I picked it up even if it was wrapped.
Always check items when picking up

BIG JOSH! He’s the man made the entire process as smooth as butter. No pressure sales highly recommend this place for anyone looking to furnish their home. My husband and I just recently moved to Tucson and needed to replace some of our furniture. This store got recommended to us, so we came out here. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. They were patient as we looked around, answered all our questions, and didn't rush us. And when we initially bought pieces that didn't fit in our apartment like we thought they would, AFW was great about helping us to exchange the pieces (which had already been delivered), and allowing us to select ones that worked better. The AFW delivery men were equally friendly and helpful, as were all the show room staff, and the customer service representatives I talked to on the phone. Special shout out to Gabriel, who was the one who helped us shop. This place also has furniture at every price point, from the inexpensive to the expensive, so there should be something here for everyone. Are their fancier stores in Tucson? Certainly. But I don't need that. I definitely recommend AFW.

First time shopping here and saw that Ashley had a promo of $500 off the couch set we wanted to buy but American was absolutely adamant that they would not honor the same price and instead the manager actually told us to go elsewhere!
My advice is shop around before ever coming here, because this store was willing to lose a $5k sale and a customer!

Second purchase from here. I JUST picked it up. Drove 5 minutes up the road, had help unloading it just to find that the top two drawers are completely broken. lol! Fully assembled dresser makes no sense. Didn’t think anything of being able to hear the dresser as it was being loaded. Thought it was just slight movement from the drawers ( you know since it’s FULLY assembled) I was WRONG. I’m so so so so disappointed. I waited for a month to decide on this dresser to be met with this……..

It was a great experience purchasing our living and family room furniture. There was no pressure like the some of furniture stores in town. Pricing was extremely reasonable and huge selections. Phuong (Fong) Nguyen was our sales rep who assist us. She had a great personality and was extremely helpful in explaining every detail about the product. She was very patient with us since we had many questions. Normally, I rarely make a decision to make a large purchase on the spot, however with Phuong assistance and the pricing, we purchase the furniture on the spot.
In addition, our house is being painted and they agree to delay the delivery until the paint job is completed. This also played a big part on the purchase.

I spent a few hours in store picking out area rugs and a recliner. The store loaded my rugs and tied them down for transport. I drove an hour to the store and an hour home, when I got home and looked at the rug it had melted burn marks and had obviously been previously returned and repackaged, I could not see the damage after the store re-wrapped the item in a milky shrink wrap, now I will request they bring me a new one and take their damaged rug away, if not I will return everything I purchased, this should not be my problem to waste another 2 plus hours transporting damaged goods resold to a customer.

Nice selection and layout. After one sales person kept ditching us, Dennis stepped in and saved the day. Dennis provided excellent customer service to answer all our questions and concerns. Shout out to Seth in customer pick up. He did a wonderful job assisting us to take our purchase out of the package and fit into our vehicle. Glad we have a AFW closer than Phoenix now.
