Elias Best sales person we have even had. We came in to look around. We were buying a house and not ready to buy anything just yet. He took the time to walk around with us, answering any questions knowing we were not ready. We did not feel pressured at all. He gave us his card and we let him know we would be in touch. He never bothered us in between. When the time was right we reached out to him. We drove up from Tucson today and bought everything we had talked about the first time. He was genuine and just an all over awesome guy to work with. We will definitely be back to work with him for future sales. Thank you Elias for a great experience in such a stressful time.

Dan Dan the salesman was very personable and good at what he does. He did not push anything but it looked to find answers to any questions we had. I've bought things from American Furniture before, and they've always been good. Looks like they continue to be on that same track. Affordable pricing, good products, and sales people are respectful. I will shop there again

It's our first with this company.
This was our first furniture company in a long time.
We feel like, at our age, we know efficiency when we encounterer it.
Albeit the Showroom works on commissions, we did not feel it was aggressive, and we love that.
So, in a nutshell, we experienced fantastic, non-gimmicky, commitioned service.
The delivery team was just as smooth too. They werer professional. Just like the video they send to you upon purchase.
We received our furniture fast, and efficient...almost too fast.
They will call you if someone cancels, so keep your ringer on, and you may get your furniture piece(s) earlier than expected.

The furniture was nice and the person helping us, Todd, was great. He had even took time on his day off to help us and email the desk people.
But, a specific person at the desk was beyond rude. We felt as if we were getting racially discriminated and like we didn’t belong there. On top of that, they kept declining our check, even after we had went to our bank and double checked with them.

I received excellent service from the person at the store who assisted us with getting the furniture, and she was very knowledgeable about the best ways to manage the furniture as well as any additional questions which I had. Additionally, the people who set up did a fantastic job as well. They set everything up quickly, and they were also courteous. Great experience overall!

Been coming here for years, but will not return after my latest visit. Bought a pillow here last week and loved it, so went to go get a second one. However the second one is not the same quality as the first. It goes flat any time someone lays on it, even though it's supposed to be a firm pillow. Went in today asking to exchange it for one that's not defective, since it's only been a day, and they refused and said all pillow sales are final. Even if they sell you a defective pillow.

I had a problem attaching the feet to the sofa. AFW was exceptionally responsive. Just 40 hours after talking to a sweetheart of a customer service representative, two knowledgeable
and courteous men arrived and in five minutes had taken care of the problem. AFW will always be my first destination when shopping for furniture and decorating accessories.

This was the best furniture buying experience ever! We were pleasantly overwhelmed by the incredible selection and moderate prices. We had a very specific piece that we were looking for and we found it. The salespeople were low key and pleasant and understood the product. We could not be happier and we shall return.

Floor employee with arm tattoos made a rude comment to my girlfriend. You know who you are. Was looking for some furniture, and was hopeful for American furniture warehouse to purchase. Unlikely to buy here after the experience with this employee. Work on your manners and know what's appropriate to say to customers, and what's not

Absolute great place if you're on a budget. Beautiful furniture. Great employees. The only thing that bums me out. They don't do military discount. Why are you called American warehouse. But you don't offer military discount for American Vets. Billion dollar company to cheap to help us Vets. Even if they gave us a 25% discount, they still would be make money. Im not asked for 25%. Im only asking 10%. Because of this, I will be bringing my business somewhere else. Unless they allow military discount for 🇺🇸 american vets.
