AFW has the quality I have been looking for, the professional sales and delivery staff, and is extremely affordable. I would recommend delivery as it is both affordable and AFW does all of the heavy lifting and takes the boxes and packaging materials. No mess and no fuss.

The sales person was patient with my daughter. It was her bedroom set that was purchased. She showed us everything that met the specifics mmt daughter wanted. Then the delivery guys were amazing. They were so nice and efficient. They made sure nothing was wrong with the furniture after they put it together. Overall a great experience!!

The customer service at the warehouse is excellent! I was asked if I needed assistance a few times but never felt pressured. When I had questions, they were answered promptly. The delivery guys were professional, polite, and efficient! I love my new sofa!

We are repeat customers of American furniture warehouse. We got great use out of our first purchase and hope to get great use out of our second purchase. We are first time delivery recipients from American furniture warehouse and from now on they will deliver all furniture we buy from them again very efficient and quick and setting up the furniture. Delivery was on time, and associates were polite and respectful of our home. The furniture looks great in our home.
One piece had a flaw in finish that required replacement. The replacement has two flaws, more notable than the first one.
AWF sent a tech to repair the two flaws. Service was great. The technician (Edward) was very polite and respectful of our home. Great job. We are now thrilled with the fireplace.

During purchase the salesman was great. The delivery was punctual but the couches weren’t protected well enough during transport. There are soling marks on the couches that need cleaned, there is small damage to one of my walls from trying to squeeze the couch around a corner and one of the legs was damaged. The delivery guy says he ordered a new leg and it will be delivered to my address. They were very friendly courteous.
