The staff are very friendly, helpful, and not too pushy. They would have received 5 stars, but they stopped taking away the old furniture that's getting replaced. And that was a big factor in going here. Might have to shop around more next time. Which is disappointing because we have given them quite a bit of business as well as referring others.

I had excellent service from the time I walked in the door…my showroom guy was very informative and friendly…he didn’t pressure me and answered any and all questions I had. Delivery guys were outstanding…had a small problem but they were on top of getting the problem resolved. Everybody was very friendly and respectful.

I recently purchased a bedroom set, along with side tables and lamps. Then today, the recliner I purchased was delivered. Through all of these purchases, from when I walked in the door to the purchase, to the delivery, everything was super! My sales person was Amy, and she was so informative about each item and always had helpful suggestions. BRAVO to her, and to all the guys who deliver, even in these blistering temps....always cheerful and professional. Jake Jabs would be proud!! Thank you!

The salesperson Levi was initially engaged with us until we made a decision about what we wanted to buy. We asked him about the 4th of July sale that was advertised on TV and on the front of your building. He said there was no sale. Strange for him to say that since it was posted. Then he checked out and never thanked us for our business and just walked away. Terrible customer service!! He forgot to add 2 barstools that we told him we wanted so a female employee at the front desk helped us. I wasn't sure he ordered what else we wanted correctly so once I got home I called and spoke to Madison and told her the story of our experience with Levi. The order was correct but she never apologized for how we were treated by Levi. I asked her to pass on our frustration to management and she said she would tell the sales manager. I question whether she did it do to her uncaring attitude. We spent close to $2000.00 on our order which is substantial amount for us!

I'll never shop another mattress/furniture store again! I foolishly bought a mattress from Denver Mattress and after 3 weeks I still did not have a mattress. I came to this store, was helped by the lovely mattress representative who listened to what I wanted and directed me to mattresses that would be suit my sleep. She also wasn't pushy and listed to my budget for mattresses. I not only got a mattress that I love, at a rather reasonable price, but it was delivered within a week! Not even a week THREE DAYS!! Delivery to my area (Glenwood Springs) was much less than Denver Mattress, even though they are farther away. I cannot recommend this place enough. Beyond happy, thank you AFW! They also will not send you a bunch of spam emails!

My daughter buys furniture every few years or so from American furniture warehouse. This year was pretty disappointing. She purchased a living room set, which was a full size couch, a love seat a chair and an entertainment center. Furniture for bedrooms: A king bed with the mattress and box spring, 3 bedroom sets for her 3 boys which included a twin bed each with mattresses and box springs, 3 night stands and 3 dressers. She thought she purchased a table for the entrance way and she went back to get it , was shown the table that had her name on it and a "sold" tag but then was told they didn't actually charge her for it. Ok annoying but whatever. She paid over $ 7,000 for everything. She was told they would be there at a specific time to deliver it and put it together. They arrived an hour early and was let in by the landlord but since she wasn't there they just piled everything in the front room because they didn't know where she wanted everything..Remember they showed an hour early. So she called them to see if they could come back to assemble it and she was told no...then she was told they would but they would charge her. Sorry American furniture but your customer service on this transaction falls below short. It's the fact that the mistakes and issues were not addressed but instead ignored and waved away. I'm writing for her because she's very busy trying to move and set up a home for an assisted living program that she will be overseeing and taking care of the disabled. Needless to say this experience only actually added to the workload. Not sure if American furniture will be getting her business next time. Customer. A .Williams

Was very happy with the overall experience no pushing sales we were able to walk through the store and select what we wanted delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were awesome

So the wife and I got some new furniture for there. Sofa,loveseat and a kitchen table with chairs. Everything got delivered on time, delivery guys were polite and fast. However...one of the recliners had a factory default. Delivery guys came back and looked at everything, took pictures and called customer service. Got a new one ready to deliver in 2 days no problems. I asked if it could b arranged to deliver later in the day so we didn't have to miss work and lose more money. I called in to get the scheduled time the next morning and were adament that it's scheduled for 9-11:30 period. So I called back and asked to speak with the delivery manager. Lady I talked to said she would contact him with my concerns and call me back. She did so very promptly and said the best she could do was narrow down between 9-10. I was not too happy about that but...what can ya do right? The day before delivery we got a text and an email saying that our time was 8-10:30. My wife called them about the mix up but lady assured us it would be the 9-10 slot. At 7:45 the morning of delivery, I got a text that they would be here in 15 min. I had someone lined out to be here around 9, as scheduled. They delivery guys left and came back a little later but this screwed all arrangements I had for someone to be here. In the past years we have spent thousands of dollars, like we did this time, and have always been happy with afw. Actually was planning on thousands more in the near future. Not anymore. After this experience I think we will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Have a nice day

The first couch they delivered was tore up on a corner. They replaced it. I'm still waiting on two dining table chairs that have been backordered for 3 months and they won't give me any information on whether I'll actually ever get them or not. Terrible customer service. Salesman never returned my call and no information given by anyone else when they do actually answer the phone. I will never spend my money here again. Too many other options for furniture. My experience seems to be similar to other people's that I've talked to.

I spent over $2,000 on a couch for it to not even last 8 months before it completely fell apart. Reached out to customer service where I had to practically pull teeth for anyone to get back to me. It was NEVER in a timely manner. When they finally did they said I could PAY to have it repaired. Even though the damage was CLEARLY a manufacturer issue related to terrible quality. I’ve never had such poor quality furniture. I won’t be buying again from them in the future, nor will anyone in my family. I suggest you do the same. AFW doesn’t value people who work hard for their money as long as it ends up on their pockets.

I received my massage chair ! The delivery team was awesome. They also noted that the zipper was broken on the arm of the chair so they said they would bring me one back next week… After talking with customer service who was also very helpful Marlene… They agreed to give me a total refund and come pick the chair up as I’m on blood thinners and the zipper scratched my arm… The guys came today and picked it up and I am very pleased with the delivery men and the customer service I received with for a full credit. Thank you American furniture.

Yeah we had a sofa couch delivered and Brian and the other guy did a wonderful job it was heavy really heavy and so we made room for them to get it in our back door and they took the wrapping off and cut the string and whatever they had to do and they did a great job it's too bad they're going to give him up pay cut.
