We originally bought a different couch for a basement apartment but it could not fit in the door and stairway so we had to return it and choose a new couch. When we entered the store we were introduced to Robert who helped us find the perfect couch.

Robert showed us several couches that could possibly fit including this one. He specifically told us that this one could be taken apart to fit and put back together in the basement, and showed us how it could be done. After we made our decision he was able to help us get the credit from the previous couch we had ordered and set up the delivery two days later. As Robert said, they were able to take the couch apart and get it downstairs and everything went well during the delivery.

Everyone at the store was extremely helpful.
